The Hawker’s series is an ode to the treasured street vendors of hong Kong. The scent of chestnuts roasting in street-side woks inspired assistant brewer Eric to develop this recipe.
A toasty malt-forward beer with a large helping of chestnuts gives this brew a warm, rich nutty flavour.
