This genre-bending brew of roasted malt-blend and citrus-forward hops of Azacca and Cascade, the Negroni Black DIPA holds a luminary flavour that is then steeped in a several-spice blend containing cinnamon, clove, roselle, anise, to name a few. The brewer infused the essence of a Negroni into the tank – the herbal flavours of Vermouth, the bitterness of Campari, dryness of gin and the citrus from the orange twist – rich in colour, typical of a black double IPA.
