We used to run a few scheduled tours each month through Airbnb Experiences, but with the current situation have unfortunately had to put them on hold.

We deliver full cases (24 bottles) to almost anywhere within Hong Kong Island, Kowloon, and the New Territories. Unfortunately, we’re currently unable to deliver to Lantau (including Discovery Bay) or outlying islands.

If you live somewhere we can’t deliver to and need a few bottles, check out one of the great bottle shops around Hong Kong (some of them deliver), or if you don’t mind picking up directly from our brewery, email us to see what we can arrange!

I wouldn’t risk it! There are only 3 of us working here, so if we’re busy we’re busy, or we might be out doing deliveries or getting emergency supplies / food. Tip: we’re never here on weekends.

The beer is made with normal barley malts (so it tastes like normal beer), but we add an enzyme during fermentation to degrade gluten proteins. Each batch was tested to ensure a gluten content below 20mg/kg (or ppm), the threshold at which agencies around the world allow labeling as “gluten-free” (EU, Canada, and Codex Alimentarius) or “crafted to remove gluten” (USA’s TTB).

Really sorry but we’re not doing that at the moment.
